Balancing, Repair and Reboring on behalf of third parties
Officine Meccaniche Bagnolesi also performs the balancing of the rollers on behalf of third parties (end customers and users of machines for the agricultural sector): This is an important process that ensures the stability of the roller on the supports and the absolute absence of harmful vibrations. A check-up and correction of the dynamic arrow is also available.
The balancing may be:
– Standard, up to 350-400 mt/min
– Extreme, from 400 to 2000 mt/min.
When possible, Officine Meccaniche Bagnolesi provides the repair and regeneration of the roller; in case, instead, it is worn and no longer recoverable, the production of a new one is recommended
